The Site's Limited Role

This is a private reference resource with no authority over the Doddridge County Sheriff's Office, North Central Regional Jail and Correctional Facility, WVDCR, West Virginia courts, the Parole Board, federal prisons, or ICE. It does not hold official records, confirm present custody, release a person, change a court order, or submit documents on anyone's behalf.

The site points visitors toward release, custody, court, and public-record resources and may connect them with outside research tools. West Virginia public-record requests to executive agencies are governed in part by chapter 29B, while courts and federal agencies use their own access rules. The government office or other custodian, not this site, decides what it holds and what may be disclosed.

Acceptable Use Requirements

You agree to use the site, its links, and any information reached through them in a lawful and responsible way. In particular, you must not:

• Break any local, state, or federal law through your use of the site
• Use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content
• Attempt access to accounts, systems, data, or areas without authorization
• Operate bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools against the site

No Consumer Reports or Screening

Doddridge County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It supplies no background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Our advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. By using the site, you agree not to use its content or linked results for:

• Decisions about hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment matters
• Tenant selection, housing qualification, or rental screening
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance rates and premiums
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program

Nothing published here is an official statement from the Doddridge County Sheriff's Office, WVDCR, North Central, a court, or another government body. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Doddridge County Released Inmates and its operators, contributors, and service providers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from access to, inability to access, reliance on, or use of the site or any linked resource.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Doddridge County Released Inmates and its operators, contributors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses that arise from your use of the site or your violation of these terms. Ownership of Site Materials

Text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code on the site belong to Doddridge County Released Inmates or its content partners unless another owner is identified. We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version takes effect when it is posted here. Continued use after publication means you agree to the revised terms, so review this page periodically.

West Virginia Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that must be filed in court shall be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction within West Virginia.

Effect of an Invalid Provision

If a court finds one provision invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable or will be severed if adjustment is not possible. Every remaining provision will continue in full force.
